Prayer Shawl Ministry

The St. James Prayer Shawl Ministry was formed in 2010 by a group of knitters who knit prayer shawls for persons in need of spiritual comfort and caring. Since formation shawls have been given to over 265 deserving recipients and have been mailed as far away as the United Kingdom and The Netherlands.

Please contact us if you know someone who needs a shawl. Also, we are seeking new volunteers and possibilities within the Lincoln community to grow this ministry, so please let us know if you, a friend, or family member are interested in knitting for persons in need of spiritual comfort and care.
