Haiti Team Report

The following Christmas letter was sent to St James from Fr. Kesner Ajax, Coordinator of the Episcopal Partnership Program for the Diocese of Haiti.  Our work with St. Matthias falls under this program.

Brothers and sisters in Christ,

Love, peace and joy are the key words of the Christian season.  On behalf of the partnership program of the Episcopal Church of Haiti, my fellow priests and all the beneficiaries of health programs, education and other development programs, I want to express my gratitude to you, your congregation and your institution for having supported us throughout the year 2008.

I join them to make you my most sincere wishes during this holiday season year-end and New Year.  The year 2008 was very difficult for everyone, however, God took care of us after all his goodness, his love and mercy.

You've always shared your properties; you are visited supported and helped us.  May God continue to extend his blessings on you all during the New Year for a prosperous, peaceful and joyful world!
